A guided photography ritual for those ready to reconnect with their inner world.
This is where photography becomes a mirror for what lives inside your tenderness, your strength, your hidden stories. Together we move slowly, guided by meditation, conversation, and intuition. It’s a shared process of opening, softening, and becoming visible, first to yourself, and then to the lens.
This work invites a deep, embodied presence. It supports you in discovering:
- The parts of you that long to be seen
- The emotions you’ve kept hidden to feel safe
- The aspects of yourself you may have forgotten
During these sessions, you may notice memories, emotions, or symbolic layers emerging, parts of yourself that have been quiet, forgotten, or waiting to be acknowledged.
There’s no script and no performance. Only what wants to be revealed with your permission and within safety.
How I work
Each Full Journey session unfolds as a ritual of self-awareness and integration, moving through three phases:
Opening meditation & discovery call (Online · 30 minutes)
We begin by gently exploring what wants to be seen, and preparing together clothing, location, and intention.
Inner Portrait session (In person · approx. 3 hours)
Through grounding, meditation and connection with the environment, the session unfolds intuitively. Movement, stillness and shared presence form the heart of this process.
Integration & personalised photo book
After the session, you’ll select 35 images that feel most resonant to you. You’re invited to share a short reflection, and I shape your words and images into your personalised photo book – a visual expression of what unfolded.
Final outcome
You’ll receive 35 edited digital images and a printed photo album featuring your selected images and personal reflections.
The Essence Session is a shorter version of the ritual, without the meditation and integration process.
