The session helped me see some of my harmful thinking patterns, and showed me how to find my own way through the thoughts that were blocking me.
Somehow, it felt like I had to dig up an answer I’d had all along.
I noticed my perfectionism, the urge to start over if things weren’t just right. I want to practice not judging, and accepting everything I do, and every thought, as it comes.
This was a truly unique experience.
I now understand: the answers live just beyond the edge of the comfort zone. You don’t need to go far beyond it.
